International delivery may incur additional import/clearance charges that are out of our control. These charges must be paid by the buyer.

Returns

All items are inspected and packaged with care before posting. I hope that all my customers will love their Toza Jewellery. To be eligible for returning an item it must be unworn and in the original packaging you received it in. If the item is returned unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days, I would be happy to offer a refund or alternatively a credit note. We do not offer free returns unless your item is faulty or in the event that an incorrect product was sent to you. If this applies to you, please do contact me and I will arrange to send out a prepaid envelope for you to return/exchange your item. If your item is not faulty then it needs to be returned as recorded delivery with proof of postage sent to my email address at time of postage. Bespoke, gold, platinum or custom made items cannot be returned. Body jewellery and pierced items such as earrings, studs and hoops are also non returnable unless they are faulty for hygiene reasons.
